THE WORLDS YOUNGEST ARTIST WHO EVER HAD
His Solo Art Exhibition at The Age of 3 1/2 Years Old

Bangkok, Thailand: It might be a surprise to know that the mentioned artist, Dhanat Plewtianyingthawee, is only a little boy of 4 and a half years old now. With his special talent in art, he started holding brushes and playing with colors since he was only one and a half years old.

So far, he has painted over two thousand remarkable big and small abstracts and already had his first solo art exhibition in Bangkok in April 2006 when he was only 3 and a half years old.

At present, his bright and beautiful paintings are very well accepted and sold worldwide through many websites. The easiest way to find all of Dhanats websites, articles and other activities is to visit www.squidoo.com/dhanat.

BACKGROUND

The whole story started when he was allowed to play with his mommy's artist-grade water-soluble wax pastels in September 2005. It was a great fun for him to scratch and then paint with water using various techniques his mom taught e.g. drip, drop, splash, sprinkle, spray, and many more. To his parents surprise, the output was far much better than they had ever expected.

SUCCESS STORY

Seeing those beautiful works, his mom cropped, cut, designed the background and assembled the original art piece to the front to make greeting cards and started selling them. Those original art greeting cards were extremely successful. Within a couple weeks in late 2005, about one thousand cards were sold.

WORLD'S YOUNGEST ARTIST SOLO ART EXHIBITION

In order to prepare building up stock for 2006 greeting cards, he started creating new paintings since early January that year. Using new media and materials, he then surprised everyone again. This time, he had created lots of big paintings (some are the whole piece of watercolor paper as large as 56x76 cm. or 76x96 cm. with frame) which were too beautiful to be cut into small pieces.

His colorful abstract paintings impressed many people including professional artists and the Managing Director of TRSC International Lasik Center, Thailand, offered to host a solo art exhibition for him in April 2006. The show named 'Boundless Imagination'.

MEDIA EXCITEMENT : TALK OF THE TOWN

The exhibition stirred the excitement of all media in Thailand because he is believed to be the world's youngest artist who ever have a solo art exhibition all by himself. The show was very successful and his 84 beautiful works impressed everyone. It drew a lot of visitors and inspired many parents not to over look any sparkling hint unintentionally showed by their kids. Almost half of the paintings were sold too.

Since then, Dhanat and his parents got interviewed on many TV programs (locally and internationally), leading newspapers (two of those, his story appeared on the first cover page), popular magazines, many radio programs. Reporters still keep coming even nowadays.

In addition to those success, Dhanat got 3 awards for his outstanding multiple abilities, not only art but also others i.e. music (violin playing) performance and languages: the first one is a 'Model Kid' award from a kid's TV program named 'House of Good Kids', second from Nestle company in the Bear brand's 'Can Do' campaign, and lately from Cerebos company from the Brand Junior product Smart Kids campaign.

SOME PRESS QUOTATION

Is this talented three-year-old destined to become the art worlds next big thing? Headline, First Cover Page: The Nation, April 17, 2006

The outcome is very impressive. Abstract paintings full of contrasting colours reflect the artists confidence and unlimited imagination. They are so stunningly beautiful. Bangkok Post, April 27, 2006

ART SOLD WOLRDWIDE

His bright and bold paintings reflected his well-tempered, lots of sense of humor, and ceaselessly imagination. Experimenting with many findings in the household together with many artists materials with mixtures of many water-based media, he always creates new exciting, unique, and impressive textures.

In the wide world of modern selling outlets, his painting sold from the very first piece posted online. On ebay.com the bidding price sometimes goes up as high as 5 times of the starting price.

INVESTMENT POTENTIAL

Knowing that Dhanat starts to be famous in his art talent while he is very young, many people think that he will have a very high potential in the future. All of his paintings sold are originals, not reproductions. So they are really one-of-a-kind (OOAK) piece.

The value of this little artists original artwork has increased substantially over the past year. The value of the piece someone purchases now will possibly be increased significantly too when the artist grows up.

EXHIBITION OPPORTUNITIES

Any organizations who would like to support or organize an exhibition in your country to show the little artists works are very welcome.
